you should try light colors in shade of brown thats the color of your eyes in morning time and for evening time you can always go with darker shades like dark greenish color if you apply it in smoky style. As your skin color is light you can wear light blue, pink, even u can go with orange that slightly dark and also golden to dramatize your look... u can have fun doing this...


Additionally you can use navy blue eye liner to highlight your eye lid and also plum color will suit you...

hiya, id prob say either neutral colours like beige n browns, or charcoal maybe. OR blues go lush with brown eyes often. Its kinda difficlut to say without seein a pic though. best of just testing all sorts of different colours, and askin relatives or friends wat they think.
