probably a light shade of pink of peach its hard to tell because your hair and what your wearing could also be a factor
i have eyes and hair very simair to yours. i use a brownbase on the bottom and put very little purple on top of that.
Blue shade
Ohh, your eyes sound like they're a really pretty color... I'd say you should just use a kind of sparkly, natural beige... Nothing too bold. Something like that, you know, that blends in with your skin but has lots of sparkle and/or shine will probably make your eyes pop enough :)

I have hazel eyes. And, when I want to have something a little more dramatic, I use a metallic silver. It would probably look good on you too!
you should try a plum shade, it will bring out the green in your eyes.
I dont know much about eye shadows but when i was browsing through the many websites, i saw a website which had many eyecare information and information how to get a good looking eyes. Please refer the link below:

Well, purple makes both green and brown eyes pop. And I guess you have a mixture of brown and green, so, purple should work for you. You can even get purple eyeshadow with some shimmer because it's in style now.
plum-purple color. plum makes yellowish-brown stand out, and purple is a contrast color to green, which makes it pop. and they won't clash with your honey-colored hair(i think your hair's honey right? if not then: sorry sorry sowwie)
oh, they sound pretty! =] . but the best eyesadow i would suggest is probaly a purple-ish plum, green, and 'coffee' i have this eyeshadow set, made by l'oreal im pretty sure, and it has three shades. for you, the plum would go on your eyelid, the green would go on the crease of where your eye is (if you know what i mean lol) , and the coffee color would go lightly above the green crease. hope i helped!! =]
