Purple and gold eye shadow?

ok so i got some new eyeshadow yesterday; its a pallet of shimmery pink, shimmery gold, and dark purple. So i was wondering if there is a certain order goes on the eye, or which goes on what part. what i did today was put the pink on the lid, the purple in the crease and the gold in the corners and a little bit above the purple...any other suggestions?Purple and gold eye shadow?
Ok here is the deal it depends on what your wearing... if you have a flare of pink in your out fit maybe on you eye lid put a dark shade of pink and then a little bit of purple over the pink and a shimmer of gold on the crease. If your wearing a flare of purple in your outfit wear the same thing as if you were wearing pink but with the dark shade of purple and lighter of pink. And if your wearing a flare of gold in your outfit or a simple outfit just wear a really dark shade of gold on your eyelid.

I would put the pink in the middle of your lid, end to end, and the gold to line the upper and lower lashes. You don't have to wear all of it at once, to do so is a little exaggerated and too much unless you're going out someplace dark.
The fact that Violet and Yellow are coordinating colors, gold would work perfectly together, I would take the purple.. put a light shade on you're eyelid, and have the gold feed off of the top, and maybe go to you're eyebrows then stop. But don't put the gold on too heavy. Also, do that with the pink, if you pick the right clothes, it will look awesome. :]


Just note this, Don't do pink and purple together, it normally doesn't work out.
