Do you mean eye lid crease? If so, that's where your eye lids crease, where they fold or crease. You usually use that as your guide when putting on eyeshadow.
forming to the creases in your eyelids
when your eyeshadow creases it means your eyeshadow is wearing off and your eye lid gets oily or sweaty and it causes your eyeshadow to clump into the crease of your eye (just below your brow bone). it almost looks like a line you drew with an eyeliner pencil. Some people dont get it while others have the problem. Climate has a lot to do with it (the hotter it is, the more your shadow will crease). The makeup industry has come out with an eyeshadow base that you put on your lids that will help your shadow stick (just like a base for lipstick to help it stick or with your foundation to help it stay smooth and velvety all day).I hope i explained that well lol.
That means that the eyeshadow/cream is streaking because it has been broken down by moisture--either from the natural oils of the skin or from the weather.

A good way to prevent creasing is to use an eyeshadow primer. Two good ones are from Urban Decay-- Primer Potion (at Sephora) and Bare Minerals-- Well Rested (also at Sephora)

These usually happens when your eyeshadow gets greasy and the shadows shows up on your lids in streaks. Or it piles up onto the crease of eyes. This usually happens because our eyelids can be real oily. A way to prevent this is to apply an eye shadow primer or dust the lids with some powder to absorb the oil.
Ok so when a person blends their eyeshadow in the morning it will look like a sunset would (not the colors, but the way all of the colors flow together), when they crease there are lines where the color builds up (if you blink a lot eyeshadow can crease). So instead of it looking like a smooth color on your lid it would look streaky
