You sound exactly like me, and usually to bring my blue eyes out I use brown/pink/light green/Grey's for the day look and dark brown/dark green/navy for the night look.

I suggest brown and black shades, because your outer eyes will have that dark or shaded look plus great mascara. With that when you open your eyes it would look hot!! because your eyes would look like a light in the middle of a cave or something! Nars has some great eyeshadows, careful with the black though!

okay browns work great but, blue is opposite to reds and oranges on the color wheel. so try to use peachy colors and CRANBERRY. It seriously works WONDERS on blue eyes.





DONT WEAR PURPLE! IT IS TOO CLOSE TO BLUE ON THE COLOR WHEEL, purple has too much blue in it, it will compete with the blue in your eyes.
