I have brown hair,bright green eyes,tall ( 5'8';), and need something for a circle/ oval shaped face... oh I have beige skin but not really tan or really light its in the middle..What color eye shadow?
Try a neutral eye shadow, such as brown, to really bring out your eyes! A light pink shimmer would also be really good and look nice with your skin tone.

I say try the forest green eyeshadow!!
Try olive or a light brown, tan. Outline the top of your eyes with a very thin black liquid eyeliner for contrast.
it really depends on what look you are going for..i would suggest a medium brown with rum red or plum purple accents
