Go to a MAC or Sephora and ask a pro. Nobody online knows enough about your skin and complexion to find one that will stay on. Promise.
Department store makeup might get you an extra hour of wear, depending on the makeup brand, but I think you should go with drugstore makeup. You just need a thin layer of liquid/cream foundation or tinted lotion on your eyelids, then swipe on a cream eyeshadow: they last a lot longer than powders do. Powders come in many more colors, though, so if you want powder eyeshadow, first go with a very thin layer of foundation to help the shadow set, then layer the shadow, then dab just a little lip balm onto your lids. I tried this trick (with classic chapstick) and my shadow stayed on all day!
