Yes, it's messy. I like mineral makeup for foundation, but as eye shadow it just gets all over since you're working more precisely with colors that need a little more work than just buffing into the whole face.
I hate mineral eye shadow if it's loose. Refuse to deal with the trouble. If you're in a hurry, forget about it!
