we have the same problem me too have a tan color, the colors that i usually use are green, blue, gold, orange, pink put a lighter eyeshadow because when putting on thick eyeshadow can cause you to look old

in mascara i use nichido because it really lasts for a long time sometimes i only put blush on and then hid my eyes with Fendi Sunglasses

this trick helps me to look simple

just always remember in putting make up just put light ones it loks more glamorousWhat color eye shadow? easy ten points?
im a pretty tan too

even though im not allowed to wear makeup i try on my moms at home when im just with my bros xD

what i do is i put brown eyeshadow then on top of it i put whatever color i feel like at the time. like purple, it looks so pretty. but dont put eyeliner cuz it doesnt look very nice.

as for mascara i like when its volumized. and it looks so nice with the eyeshadow i try on.

sorry if i didnt help but i hope i did.
Avoid flat browns. They will make your eyes look smaller and sunken. Instead, use a brown with some shimmer and highlight with a lighter color such as cream or light gold. you can use browns, blues, greens, purples, rosy pinks and some shades of orange.

If your eyes are dark;try wearing mascara.Neautral eyeshadow.

Do you have full lips or medium lips? I find with dark hair and eyes a nice berry lipgloss or a true reddish lipsstick looks so good.

Remember the trick. If you are playing up the eyes wear a nude lipgloss. If playing up the lips, wear just mascara.

For dark eyes,I would go bold!! Try a plum, burgundy mixed with a dark brown undertone. Also a navy or gold. Also try a sexy cat-eye look! Use a black, liquid eyeliner and outline the top, outer eye area and use a fine stroke on the outer corners of your eyes. For another sexy look, try a smokey look.

You can always go on Youtube and type in eye makeup. There you should find tons of tips!!!
for eyeshadow you shoudl probly go with a green or blue color, it doesnt have to be really bright, but just enough to see. For eyeliner you could go with a gray or blue and they even have blue mascara too! hope this helped%26lt;3
colorful eyeshadows !

you would look good with bright colors !

they will really make your eyes pop !

i would recomend blues and pinks !
once you go black you never go back. also white looks awsome on tan skin it really brings out dark eyes. try a plain white from brow bone to eye lid then a shimmery white on eyelid. short and sweet and to the pointt :]
For dark eyes, they say to wear purples, and blue eyeliner really pops. Personally i hate the thought of purple eyeshadow, and so what i find works best is a really pearl-type eyeshadow on the lid, like MAC's woodwinked ( i have dark hair and eyes too...) And a little bit of smokey grey in the outside corners (like MACs knight divine), and always wear a white/light pink shadow directly under your eyebrows. you dont have to buy mac, but you can go try them on for free in a local MAC shop and see if you like the colors then shop at walmart or something to see if you can find it cheaper in the same kind of shades.

An eye shadow brush can really make the difference too. not the kind that looks like its tear shaped and foam, but a kind that looks like an actual paint brush.

For mascara, always put it on last after you put on the shadow, that way you dont have flakes or dust in your eyelashes. I buy black mascara just because it makes my eyes pop.

And instead of wearing eyeliner on the inside of your lids, try buying a black shadow with sparkle (Again, i would reccomend MAC, black tied) and use and angle brush or even a lip liner brush to brush it across the tops of your eye lids right above your eyelashes. it will make them look fuller too.

Here is a tutorial for the 'kim Kardashian' look http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=42brYe2bu鈥?/a>
I think you've got the perfect coloring to try black eyeshadow. A smoky eye look is way hot and on darker skintones it usually dones't look as harsh as it can on lighter skintones. Do a search for ';smoky eye tutorial'; and you will find tons of instructions.

If you're trying for something not so dramatic, a nice champagne color would show up on your skin and highlight your eyes, especially if it has a little shimmer in it.

Personal favorite for eyeliner is Revlon ColorStay, it goes on smooth and does not move until you take it off.

Mascara is tough because different things work for different people. Cover Girl Volume Exact is a good one, gives you thick, dramatic lashes without nasty clumping.
