The best thing is to use some kind of eye make-up removal lotion. You can buy it at most stores. Put some of the lotion on a piece of cotton and wipe your eyelids carefully to remove shimmer eye shadow. Don`t be scarce with the lotion. If it gets too dry, it is harder to remove and your skin might get sore from it. For the lashes, I use to fold the piece of cotton around my lashes and then squeezing them gently. Then I wipe it carefully off. Afterwards, you can splash your face with water and it should be all gone.

I recommend Neutrogena eye makeup remover. They come in small containers and are quite handy. Fragrance-free, they are quick to remove the thickest eye makeup. Just remember to dab at your eyes with a cotton ball or pad after applying. It can get a little oily if you put too much.How to take mascara off and how to take off shimmer eye shadow??

makeup remover takes them off, you can get this at Wlagreens, CVS,and Stop %26amp; Shop, but if you don't want to buy it then you can wash it off with soap and water.
definitely use garnier nutritioniste makeup removing wipes. they remove mascara, eyeshadow, foundation, eyeliner, EVERYTHING! they also cleanse your skin so they work wonders with makeup removing and getting closer to great skin. just remember not to sleep in makeup. that breaks you out.
If you are using waterproof makeup, try using baby oil. It takes some work, but it takes everything right off! If not, try eye makeup remover pads, or just regular makeup remover pads. When you are done, wash your face and use a toner or astringent to get off any dirt or makeup left on your face.
