i wear eye liner but i was wondering 2 things:

anything natural...u can use black liner (but dont make a thick line) also it would look pretty if u put a nice brown in ur crease...very natural and fresh. if u have blue eyes,a gold would look pretty, brown eyes- brown or a plum color

start out with simple colors.


light pink, light blue, ect.
Probably, depending on their hair and skin tone of course, lighter colors...such as light blue, light browns..nothing too dark.. thats more of the hooker look lol.
