The girl who answered first is totally correct but just to add to her answer...the MAC counters do not carry them. I just asked the other day. So try a Pro store or a free standing store. If you don't have one near you, there always eBay! :DMac Palette Eye Shadow Case?
you can't buy the mac eyeshadow case at ulta or sephora because they do not sell mac cosmetics there. MAC pro stores carry them and most free standing MAc stores carry them as well. as far as the mac counters in macys or nordstroms...i don't think they do, but give them a call to make sure. And you don't need a pro card to purchase.
